When you download CIBS for the first time please make sure the settings are correct or deactivate the App until you are ready to set it up properly to prevent false alerting.
The main settings to check are, the check in interval, the safe location radius, recording type settings, and shake alert.When users download CIBS and set it up for the first time, CIBS will request them to check in at the check in interval they have determined.
If the user checks in no info is sent to any of their emergency contacts.
Once the user fails to check in or activates an alert all of their emergency contacts will be sent the following via email and text, CIBS safety selfie, recording of local area for 1 min duration, GPS location, and Personal message they created.
The first emergency contact will also receive an automated emergency call.
